BERLIN
Berlin is the capital of Germany and one of the 16 states o f Germany. With a population of 3.5 million people. Berlin is Germany's largest city. It is the second most populous city proper and the seventh most populous urban area in the European Union. Located in northeastern Germany on the banks of River Spree, it is the center of the Berlin-Brandenburg Metropolitan Region.

As of 2011 Berlin is home to 138 museums and more than 400 art galleries. We have been to the museum is subdivided into the antiquity collection, the Middle East museum, and the museum of Islamic art. The museum is visited by approximately 1,135,000 people every year, making it the most visited art museum in Germany (2007).
- Sachsenhausen Sachsenhausen-Oranienburg was a Nazi concentration camp in Oranienburg Germany, used primarily for political prisoners from 1936 to the end of the Third Reich in May 1945. After World War II, when Oranienburg was in the Soviet Occupation Zone, the structure was used as an NKVD special camp until 1950. The remaining buildings and grounds are now open to the public as a museum.

1. The Reichstag building was constructed to house the Imperial Diet of the German Empire. Berlin Cathedral is the short name for the Evangelical, Supreme Parish and Collegiate Church. It is located on Museum Island in the Mitte borough. The current building was finished in 1905 and is a main work of Historicist architecture of the "Kaiserzeit".
2. The Fernsehturm (Berlin TV Tower) is a television tower. It was constructed between 1965 and 1969 by the administration of the German Democratic Republic. It was intended as a symbol of Berlin, which it remains today. As it is easily visible throughout the central and some suburban districts of Berlin. With its height of 368 meters, it is the tallest structure in Germany.
3. The Brandenburg Gate is an 18th-century neoclassical triumphal arch in Berlin, and one of the best-known landmarks of Germany. 1. LGBT life
Berlin has a long history of gay culture and according to some authors, in the 1920s the city was the Gay Capital of Europe. In 1896 Berlin started the first gay magazine and the first gay demonstration was held in 1922. Today the city again has a huge number of gay clubs and festivals. The most famous are Berlin Pride (one of Europe's largest gay-lesbian pride event celebrated in June), the Lesbian and Gay City Festival in Berlin-Schöneberg and Kreuzberg Pride in June, Dyke March and Hustlaball.
2.The traffic lights in Berlin, especially the Soviet side , have a protagonist: Ampelmännchen . This man with sombre was created in 1961 and today is one of the symbols of the city.
3. Mecca of techno music
Along with Ibiza, the German capital is a paradise for lovers of techno music. If before the unification of the two Germany, the parties were few and semi-clandestine, since the nineties nightclubs like mushrooms have emerged. Berlin has specialized in electronic music clubs.
